Notes & Musings
Writing is how I make sense of things. This is the space where I'll share honest thoughts on healing, identity, and the beautiful work of becoming.

Words are on the way
This space is still finding its voice. Rather than fill it on a schedule, I'll write and post here whenever inspiration strikes — so check back now and then for something new.
I started writing poetry at eight years old, and my first guide was Langston Hughes. As a Black and white biracial kid, I struggled to understand myself or see myself reflected in the spaces I moved through — even within my own family. Hughes gave language to feelings I couldn't yet name, and he showed me that putting words to the ache is its own kind of healing. That's the spirit I hope to carry into everything I share here.
